Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Kalki Label, every product undergoes a strict quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping Policy
- Orders within India are processed within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–10 working days, depending on your location.
- Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
- Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, public holidays, or due to courier-related delays.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- For prepaid orders, a cancellation fee of ₹500 or 4% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be deducted before processing the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us at kalkibykhwaish@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will be accepted only against:
- Exchange, or
- Store Credit (valid for 12 months from the date of issue).
A product is eligible for exchange only if:
- The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
- The product has no stains, marks, perfume, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.
Kalki Label reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Exchange Terms
- Exchange is permitted only once per order.
- Exchange is applicable only for products of the same value or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
- A ₹250 exchange fee will be charged for arranging reverse pickup and dispatching the exchanged product.
International Orders
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders unless the wrong or damaged product has been delivered.
Sale & Discounted Products
- Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (₹150) are non-refundable.
- If an order is returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin) due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or non-acceptance, a ₹250 reshipping fee will be applicable before the order is shipped again.
Important Notes

- International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
- Exchange is allowed only once and only for products of equal or higher value.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale or discounted products.
- Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are required to pay ₹250 towards exchange processing and reverse pickup.
- If an order is returned to us (RTO), a ₹250 reshipping fee must be paid before dispatching the order again.
- Parcels sent without prior approval via email will not be accepted.
